Maria Schellekens (°1935 – 1980). Schellekens’ eldest daughter graduated as a regent in French and History after which she taught at the Heilig Hart Institute in Turnhout. In 1958 she married architect Carli Vanhout, founder of the architectural firm Vanhout-Schellekens in Turnhout. She died in Turnhout in 1980.
