Saint Lucia Chapel – Meerle – Hoogstraten

In 1924, urgent works were carried out according to a design by Jules Taeymans, focusing on the windows, roof, tower and ceiling. Between 1940 and 1941, the building underwent significant restoration work on the masonry, natural stone, roof and tower. These works were carried out on the private initiative of Reverend Van Dun and Canon Lemaire, based on a design by Jozef Schellekens.
